Burn Baby Burn

I'm about to learn a big lesson.
And I can't decide if I'd rather pick up the pieces, or sweep up the ashes from the total collapse.

I conclude with Tea

In the mountains of Washougal Washington, they have feet of snow. Some drifts are 7 feet high! We snowshoed around in it, made a cool snowcave, and of course drank plenty of hot tea.

I really enjoy how snow storms like this break up the routine. Instead of the everyday monotony, we are forced to slow down and work around nature's obstacle. When I really stop and think about it, I don't really have any place to go. So let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

This is why I hesitate to drive in the snow.

This for That

I will trade my textbooks for an umbrella and blanket on the beach.

...I'll even throw in my final essays for some waves and sea air.

December Time

These are pictures from last year when we went Christmas tree hunting. It's pretty much a Charlie Brown Christmas tree, but we cut it ourselves and it was nice.

And Nula likes to eat snow.
