Only Time

It's been a whirlwind lately. I can't help but find myself in a time and place to reflect back on everything these past few years.
One of the first things to come to my mind are all the people that have helped me to hold it all together.
These friends have provided me with an outsiders perspective, optimism, a shoulder to cry on, and a hug among other things whenever I have needed it.

You know how you come across those people that you know that you'll be friends with for the rest of your life? I've found a few, and I'm extremely lucky to know them and to be able to laugh with them.

Cat Nap

I want to be able to curl up in sunny spot, like a cat, and take a nice long nap.

Real Rock

I can't wait to climb outdoors more. I have also recently realized how my comfort level is higher in a rock gym, as opposed to outdoors.

This Spring and Summer will have to change all that.

Bridesmaid Dresses

The above are two styles I was given to choose from for a bridesmaid dress at a friends wedding. These are not the colors she chose (the real color is called pool), but still give a good example of the types of dresses.
The top dress with the short hem is the dress I chose to wear to the wedding. I just got it in the mail today. It's weird to have it hanging up in my closet. I just need some cute shoes and I'm ready to fulfill my bridesmaid duties.

Warped

My mind and body is all out of sorts this week. With this quarter winding down with the work piling up, I'm finding how far my limits and abilities stretch to get all this done.

My goal is the dean's list for my last two quarters.
I'm chained to my laptop without parole.
